Cleaning the red fuel pipes after storage.
Bought a set of new injectors and want to install the original red fuel lines as opposed to the braided ones on it at the moment.
Given they have been stored for nine years, albeit in a big plastic bag, don't want to risk there being any crap in there to ruin the new injectors.
Had planned to use carb cleaner and the compressed air, however looking at carb cleaner, tin says it attacks plastics.
Are the original lines metal with a plastic jacket or are they indeed some kind of plastic??? Suppose I could break a spare to find out but seems a bit of a waste, lol.
