A lot of companies still sell the timing belt. Ford part No.: 1 001 090; sold by Dayco, Gates, Continental, Flennor and Triscan (and probably many more) for 10-35 Euros; NTN and SKF sell a whole cambelt kit with tensioner for about 80 Euros.

Water pump: 1 233 206; MagnetiMarelli sells them for about 35 Euros. I also found pumps from Hepu, GK and Airtex, but these are more expensive, 85-125 Euros.

There are still many available, maybe try another dealer?

EDIT: Water Pump 5 020 121 is an exchange part for car guarantee, there are many more available at nearly the same price as the MagnetiMarelli.
