Sounds... wrong?
What did you do? And what parts did you change? As usually all parts on the CVH are interchangeable the risk of using a "wrong" belt or camshaft pulley is down to zero. And changing/putting on the cambelt on a CVH is nearly an idiot proof job.
So the only two things I could think of are
1. camshaft woodruff key fell out, camshaft won't turn as much as the camshaft pulley does
2. crankshaft woodruff key fell out, engine turns fine but the marking on the crankshaft pulley won't line up after the engine was rotated because the pulley is moving not as much (ore more) as the crankshaft.
