Could somebody clearly tell me how to remove the sunroof & rails as theres no chance of just removing the glass/frame on its own due to rust.
I dont want to just take all the screws off when the sunroofs fully wound back as theres 5 down each side & 6 across the front so was abit worried of the cable coming out of its runners if i took the wrong ones out

You don't need to remove all of them, however if your roof open's to me seems it's not that bad.
There are two at the front, which screw into 'u' nuts for the handle surround inside and a few more.
Start from the front as all of them have to be removed and once it starts lifting it's obvious what ones you don't need to remove, I think it's like two or something midway down the frame at either side.
There are six screws which secure the roof itself, I guess you can't remove these?
