See this is the problem with the law.

Those who actually cause harm, destruction and injury in a vehicle by causing a crash, often get totally ignored by the law. Whereas go a few mph over a speed limit and do none of the above....and they hunt you down for fines. Seems utterly mental way of going about things. Those who have proven themselves actually incompetent and dangerous need dealt with more severely than those who have not.

I'd far rather someone speed past me at 80mph and not hit me, than someone drive into me at 70mph.
