Heat does come from the blowers and the pipes get hot

However, i've just noticed now that the wheel from the water pump when turned by hand makes a 'gurgling' sound like its drawing water. When it runs only the outside of the wheel that the aux belt turns and there seems to be an inner wheel with a triangle pattern on it that doesn't turn. I don't know what this means or what it is.
