Depends on how friendly you local Ford place is, a lot of them can't be arsed to look properly.

It's also a big help if you have the FINIS number as it saves them some work,

Ask them if they have the EDIX system, my local place used to have it and they found parts all over Europe that were not available here, they gave me the contact details and I had to sort it out myself.
