I never went through with it but the only reason I seen to think they are very slightly different is because I have a mk5 fiesta and people use these calipers for a rear disc conversion. People either fit MK1 focus or st150 parts, but one is favoured over the other due to either there being a difference in the hand brake mechanism or possibly even the mounting hole for the abs sensor. I can't remember which though
