I'm just about to send my escort off to the tuners and am wondering what sort of power I should expect from a forged zetec turbo with the below specs ? Also, what should I keep the power at gearbox wise ? Should I tell the tuner that 250 BHP is the absolute limit for the box ? Would it even be good for 250 with that turbo??

The specs of the engine and box are as follows:
Engine - 2003 2L blacktop Zetec

Turbo - T3 Garrett with upgraded actuator

Pistons - P.E.C (85mm bore - 1997.42cc)

Rods - P.E.C ( length - c/c 137mm )

Top end - fully rebuilt standard w/ ARP head bolts

Gasket - 1.6mm ( 7 : 5 : 1 compression ratio )

Stroke - 88 mm

Compression height - 32.3 mm

Inlet – Jenvey Intake manifold ( obviously different in the photo )

Injectors – Bosch EV14 /547cc/min



ECU - OMEX 600



Gearbox – RS Turbo BC Box (FWD) – Quaife LSD – Helix 6 Paddle clutch
