I wonder how they could be so sure so early on that the plasterboard screws stuck to the road definitely didn't cause the accident?
it looks lke a dual carriageway but if its a built up area its unlikely to be a national speed limit road so probably 40 to 60....but hes been doing a hefty speed to cause that amount of damage !
I once pinballed along a dual carriageway after losing control at 90 ish bouncing off both kerbs and hitting a lamppost and it didn't cause that much damge….and I wasn't injured...
