As mentioned the car has never had any serious damage as that was my first thought and checked everything in that respect so I know it’s nothing to do with that. I intend to strip the car and do a full resto so I’m hoping it will become apparent then.
Just spoken to my mate and totally forgot it wasn't the bloody wing that caused it lol, it was one of the track control arms! Someone had replaced one with an aftermarket and it was slightly longer than the other by a few mm, it was at least 10 years ago so memory was a bit off lol
