Decided to join up and start a thread on my mk5 zetec s track project I been working on for the past year , never done a track day but always fancied a go hence the reason I'm building this car , it's a standard phase 2 with the usual rust issues , drivers side wing had been hit at some point so I started off by repairing that

Beat it out the best i could then cut the lip off and welded a new piece in


I then set about sorting the rust , welded new arches , and lots of repairs to the floor pan , while I was at it cut off every unecicerry bracket and welded in some bars to mount the bucket seats on , also welded in the base plates for the bolt in cage then give it a coat of primer
