Hi guys first post today ,

Looking for some advice please , my ford focus mark 3 was hit overnight and I have a panel which has gone in, have tried the hot water etc but I think its doubled skinned please note the dent is on the drivers side waist heightish near the fuel cap , can anyone suggest how to pull this out to be in line with the rear bumper , I have replaced the rear bumper
