blasting the inlets on direct injection petrol engines with walnut shells is proven to work though, as James rightly says.
De-coking the inlet tract of engines is worthwhile, diesels get very coked up with the egr’s still connected.
another way to de-coke is to run a meth setup 🤣 someone was showing me their home made set up on some old dervs and the inlets where spotless 🤣
