You could use the mk3 focus rs drive train , very light around 15 kg from front diff to rear but I imagine you would need all the electrics etc to make it run right, or maybe some standalone ecu . I was looking at converting my fiesta st180 to run the mk3 running gear but the 2.0 and 2.3 litre ecoboost engines use a different bolt pattern to the 1.6 ecoboost.
i reckon you would be looking at around 2.5k for the bits then the conversion 4/5k. Your then into the realms of custom gearboxes from djm.
