Try some dpf foam cleaner that goes into the sensor for a cheap option, i done my dpf , cleaned egr with it in my kitchen sink then done dpf again to be double sure , not had that code up since but i was thinking is there a chance that it could build up in the back box as well? Dpf`s are a pain mate lol
This is what makes me laugh about DPF’s and EGR’s.
People take them out and clean them! So we catch all the crap that would have fallen to the ground (admittedly bypassing our lungs) anyway then we clean them out (usually with chemicals) and the dust gets directly inhaled by the fitter/their colleagues/DIY cleaner and washed into the water system or onto the ground.
Its like when you see someone boot a car for the first time in a while and it just blows hundreds of miles of stored soot out in one go.
Bit like everyone going around wearing a filter mask then getting home, taking it off and patting it out on the sofa.
