Some of you may have seen on social media, the Sun news paper, various online news papers, the One Show and heard in Radio 2 today that my mate is trying to set the Guinness world record for the fastest wheelie bin.

Andy is doing this to raise money for the care home looking after his mate who was injured in farming accident which led to a blood clot, year long coma and then paralysis.

Using the engine from his mate Bens pitbike, Andy has created this, well, deathtrap 🤣
Being the inly other person to pilot it i can honestly say its sketchy as fuck!

He posted the video on FB in Saturday and since then its gone viral, he has been contacted by Staightliners and invited to Elvington in May to attempt the record
Few rules from Guinness were that the bin had to remain upright, and do minimum of 30mph.
We have only tested twice, once with GPS and he had 36 out of it but we have gone faster before.

So, even if you dont donate, take a look as its funny as fuck, Andy is a proper petrolhead too so well worth a look at the engineering to get it all working inside a wheelie bin!
