the simple 5 digit plates look better imo.
a guy I work with got a private plate ….its something like SC 08 JLC which apparently is his and his wives initials and the year they were married....looks just like a normal plate though so you cant tell its personal....and his cars much newer so makes it look old....pretty much pointless really ...

id never spent as much as a grand a plate though....I did see J4 MES being offered up for auction but the starting price was £6500....silly money....
hate seeing all those BAZ DAZ CAZ 4473 type plates around...
