I too have 8x17 TH2’s on my saff and on the rear I have 215/45/17 AR1’s but as already mentioned they come up more like 225/50’s due to them being a squarer shaped track tyre.
on the front I have regular 215/40’s.

I hate the stretched/euro look on any rim/car tbh.

don’t forget if it’s for grip that’s not all about how wide your tyres are... it’s about the compound of them
