the smooth part of the banjo shaft with the holes in it is 18mm so the rest of the 25.5mm is thread
both washers are 2mm thick
power steering rack to pump feed (the metal part that the banjo bolt goes through is 16m thick)
so that’s literally only 5 to 6mm of thread that screws into the pump, all the parts I’ve measured are all original ford from the 2wd sapph
