They all laughed as well which was a bit embarrassing for me and then he turned his big computer screen around and showed me what came up, "Zero parts available,try owners clubs" The power steering banjo bolt and washers may be the same for a non RS Cosworth but if they are specific to a 2wd Saff I reckon he will be lucky to get any from any Ford dealers!!
My local Ford dealership used to have access to the EDIX system that will search world wide and found me parts all over Europe - most of the time I had to deal with European dealers directly using google translate!
Now they do not have it, but gave me the name of a company that does and last time I called them they were helpful even though they couldn't find any of the bits I wanted!
