The diagram you have printed off Mark clearly shows 2 washers, one each side of the banjo bolt as I said. Unfortunately it does'nt show what length the banjo bolt is and for me to take mine out to measure it means draining the power steering tank of fluid etc which is not practical. Surely if it is a genuine Ford 2wd power steering pump that timsrs has bought the banjo bolt and 2 sealing washers should be the right ones?
