There is an alignment tool to set the Crank to TDC and another to set the Cams to the correct position.

As it is at the moment don't turn the crank, you risk damaging the valves.

Normally on a belt change the crank is set to TDC before the belt is removed and locked with a pin through the crankcase, is this how yours is?

If not you will have to loosen the bolts holding the cams in place so that all the valves close, then turn the crank to TDC, then turn the both cams to the correct positon before bolting them back down.

When I did my 16v, I locked the crank on the flywheel ring gear and did not rely on the pin as they sometimes bend and or break.

These are the type of tools needed to refit the belt in the correct place, check your engine code to make sure you get the correct kit.
