Yeah something dodgy going on there in my view. Bit of road rage maybe?

In a high cab truck, on a motorway, you can understand how it can happen, at least over a relatively short distance, as it would be pretty difficult to see the car from a Volvo FH/Daf XF or something, and the surrounding noise might make it slightly harder to notice. But in a low cab like that, at those speeds, there's no way the driver wouldn't notice the noise in my view.
