Default Ford Fiesta mk3 1.3 1994. Alternator problem.

Time ago when I started the engine I could see the red battery light in the dash for some 3-4 seconds or until 30-35 seconds when I started to drive. Couple of weeks ago the red battery light was on all the time. I measured the voltaje in the battery and was around 12V. I recharge the battery and I re installed. Red light continued same, the voltage in the battery with engine running did not reach 13V. I replaced the alternator. Now the voltage in the battery (engine stopped) is 12,72V and 13,95 with engine running, BUT the battery red light continues flashing red! when connecting consumers I see the voltage decreases. I think all kind of things:
i) belt tensión in the alternator. I have replaced the belt. I think is correct tension becasue this car have two belts, this one is for the waterpump and thee alternator, the tighten is made pivoting the alternator)
ii) I have replaced the regulator with the brushes. Same problem
iii) Al the grounding seems to be right.
Please give me any clue or advice. I will appreciate. Thanks in advance
