Use a mitivac on the vaporiser fuel inlet glen. If the needle moves at all there is a blockage. Are you still only doing short journeys? If it doesn't complete the regen it will try again the next time conditions are right. Can you monitor the exhaust temps when its doing a regen? Rear one needs to go above 500°c.
