Hey,

So i have a mk1 focus track car,

Im putting a wide body kit on the car so the fuel filler door on the rear 1/4 will be gone.

I have the original tank and really dont want to change it due to its location being near ideal.

So the questions relate to that,

What the red circled bit? i have removed it as i no longer have the charcol canister in the engine bay and that attached to that so didnt see the point in it.
Is the green circled item a 1 way valve for the tank breathers (circled in blue) ?

Im going to try and reuse the filler neck pipe and attach a big hose to one of these universal kit car style fillers. Issue is im not sure if i need a vented cap or not? Does anyone know if the standard focus cap is a vented one?
Last thing i want to be doing is messing about with petrol and chucking it out the filler door on track so thought id ask for some advice!
