Default Ford Mondeo mk4 2.2tdci DPF problems.

I'm after a second opinion really ref my mk4 mondeo 2.2tdci dpf.
When I first bought the car the garage I bought the car off fitted a new vaporiser valve and a aftermarket(euro car parts) dpf. The car seems to of been fine up until the last few months.

A few weeks back I got the P2463 fault code. I removed the dpf and and look to see if it was blocked. It looked ok. I made sure the vaporiser valve wasnt blocked. It was clear. I did a regen then I thought the car was ok. I wired a led up so I know when the car is doing a regen. For the last few weeks the car is doing regens nearly everyday. I noticed last week and today that the tail pipes are covered in soot and the fumes stink. The car has never been like this.

I'm thinking is the dpf knackered again cause it's not regainiregening properly and that's why the exhaust is sooty..

What do you guys think. Has anyone had much to do with dpfs. I've done plenty of regens on Van's but never known them to be sooty.
