good shout with the D4 Martin, I have the SDV6 version, I'm sure you'll find one with a snapped crank somewhere as a donor.

With regards to using a disco/x5/merc as a full time 7 seater I'd get way too pissed off putting seats down etc and just get a T6/Custom van instead.
