It has an cosworth radiator from airtec. And that should be good for a big power cosworth, but it still isn't enough.
Also i tried to align the car but that was im[possible. Does the 3door cosworth has diffrent tie rods than a stock car? Also the adjustable TCA's from compbrake are totaly shite, Almost impossible to adjust under the car And they are also badly welded, They are so crooked that the wheelbase has more than one inch diffrence between left and right. and a whole lot of caster diffrence is the result of that.
So i am looking for a diffrent setup with more quality. Maybe with an bladed ARB and Compression struts but still affordable. Every suggestion is welcome!

For the cooling i would have thought the rad up to the job aswell. Is it the 50 or 60mm core version you have?
If 50 go for the 60. Also what sort of oil cooling does it run. If a modine perhaps go for a mocal air oil cooler to give the cooling system an easier time when stationary or slow moving. If your not already go with a good cosworth style double electric rad fan kit to stop it boiling over in traffic etc. I,m sure you have considered all this anyway, i don't know what else to suggest.
As for geometry good luck with it. Driving a car with poor geo is no fun. I,ve just sorted my old corvette out and the difference is huge, now its a joy to drive and i hope you find a good setup with yours.
Also it looks fabulous by the way, the charge piping and engine bay and whole car looks the part. Nice job.
