Hi all a friend has a ford camper with a pinto engine in. there is a threaded hole right next to the fuel inlet on the carb. looking at videos it looks like it should have another pipe that goes down to the fuel pump. however the pump in the video/pic has two outlets where as the one on the van only has one.

is this a common mod and should there be a blanking bolt or fixture as obviously air is getting in causing running issues. can it be just blanked off with a bolt.

once this is fixed the carb will need to be set up where is the mixture and idle screws, also is there a lift pin to help set it.
