Coming back on this after a long while....
A couple of weeks ago I decided to order the Magnex, as to me it had a better name than the Mongoose quality wise. At Europerformance.co.uk it was cheapest at 668,30 pound, so I ordered it there. I expected to get some shipping details in a couple of days, but nothing..... So I sent them an email asking about my order and got a reply that I should have received an email that my order was cancelled because the exhaust was not available and should not have been on their website. Strange that after that email it was still on their website, but now for 751,84 pounds.
Europerformance also have the OE style Mongoose on their website for 612 pounds. Although the Magnex sounded like better quality to me it didn't warrant paying 140 pounds more, so I then decided to order the Mongoose. A day later I received an email that it was not a problem getting the exhaust, but it was too big to ship it to the Netherlands. I need to have it modified anyway to fit my 6 degree rear beam, so I asked if the centre section could be cut and if it then would be OK for shipping. The guy from Europerformance didn't know, so he gave me the contact details of their supplier, which was Mongoose Exhausts. It was quite funny when the phone was picked up someone said "Hello, this is Collins Performance". The reason why that is funny is because Collins Performance is the company making the Magnex exhausts.... So I asked the guy about that and he said that they indeed make both the Magnex and the Mongoose OE style exhaust, and infact the two exhausts are 100% the same. So there was I deciding between the Magnex or the Mongoose....
Anyway, I discussed about cutting the exhaust which could then be shipped without problems. I also asked whether they could change the design in order for it to fit a 6 degree beam. But he said they didn't have the jigs to do that. To me it sounded a bit weird, I had more the feeling he was not willing to go through the trouble. Of course shipping costs (60 pounds) were a bit higher than I initially paid at Europerformance so he said I should deal with Europerformance again for the rest of the costs. So I gave Europerformance another phone call and then found out they had already cancelled my order because it couldn't be shipped.
Seeing that it would be shipped directly from Collins I figured I might as well order it there directly. So Collins gave me a quote for the exhaust including shipping of 944,52 pounds.

I then asked him how it could be that at Europerformance it was only 612 pounds. The best price he could do me was 811,84 pounds. Apparently Europerformance didn't update their price in a veeeery long time. But when I looked it up on their website it was now suddenly 852 pounds. Silly that they didn't update the price for the 2wd Cossie, as that is still low.
I then tried another company, but they couldn't ship it to the Netherlands at all, not even after cutting it. In the end I was so fed with all the webshops, the wrongs prices and the problems with shipping. Luckily I found a second hand Magnex at Gary from RS Cosworth Breakers, who had no problems shipping it either.
