Replacing the fuse box is a major job, as the entire loom needs to be removed.

Firstly, you need to ascertain the root cause as to why it melted (i.e. have the headlights been upgraded?)

Given the problem, I would simply suggest the lighting circuit can not be rewired independently, which would be far easier.
