Right its driving me mad now. I've replaced alternator, put a new battery on so I know it's not them. Basically my battery light stays on even though its charging at 13.9v? If I remove blue wire to alternator the light goes off but when starting up it needs revving to get it to charge.
I've bypassed the blue wire and put a new one in and still the same.
So I've now found if I remove the brake pedal switch the battery light goes off, but then when I put brakes on, the light comes on and my rev counter stops dead.
The only way everything in the car works perfect is if I keep it the first way but battery light stays on. Just annoying as 9ve nearly got everything bang on with her now. Any help would be appreciated cheers
