Seen this happen mAny times working in garages over the years, happened once to myself stupidly but we all live and learn and I certainly didn't make that mistake again! As long as the broken piece is retrieved then it causes no harm at all as that part is only for the locking of the cams. Nice of him to fook off and leave you in the shit though! Easily remedied
