It ain't a hemi, it's a "B" family. as in 350ci, 361ci, and the 383ci. If I remember my Dodge lore, the deck height is about 10", while the "RB" Block is taller.
The 400 isn't a bad engine, but if it's been stroked, there are issues with the rod bolts to crank case clearance. As the crank case needs to be modified to
clear the swing of the crank...
I never said it was a hemi, it's a b engine 400 block stroked to 452 is what there saying, but I guess there's a chance it's a 440 RB engine
Either or makes no difference really to me, I've heard from the seller today car is going to be ready for viewing and testing in April
