I would firstly replace the cambelt, once done I would take the plugs out, turn it over by hand on the crank for several revalutions, then disconnect injectors and coil, put some fresh fuel in and allow to circulate (switching on and off a few times shiould help) then turn it over until the oil pressure light goes out.

you may want to change the oil and filter before aswell, also check oil level before you turn it over
