Managed to replace the very old fuel filter this afternoon...while it was off I turned on the ignition to see what flow the petrol pump was giving...petrol blasted out of the pipe.
Will see how it goes now.
Starter motor is fine spins engine quite fast...plugs changed around a year ago I think...but I will take em out and have a look and re gap if necessary.
Coolant temp sensor I think will be what tells the ECU temperature so it can add extra fuel for you cold start ie choke
