Instead of paying for blasting and powder coating all of the TT and 944 underside I thought I would look in to por15 treatments.

The TT subframe was scabby so I removed all the loose stuff with wire wheel in a grinder, de greased using por15 degreaser, steam cleaned and left to dry, then did the metal prep por15 and left to dry in heated garage then painted each surface and waited to dry over night before starting the other side as it is self levelling. I now just need to do the final stage which is super hard top coat.



Nearly finished, just need to press out the old and swap to new bushes
