Default Friends Honda had a wee bump

Long shot just from the pictures but worth a try. My 83 year old friend bumped her Jazz into another car.
Trying to help her but all the local coach builders are closed so can't get a quote for repair.
Headlight cracked, slam panel bent, wing bent and washer bottle crushed.
Nothing bent enough to crack paint.
Straightened the corner of the slam panel a bit and cable tied the bumper.
Car drives fine, bonnets fine and bonnet to wing lines fine. The top fastener for the headlights bust
which makes it look off. Insurance wants to write it off and offered her £1400 minus £500 excess,
which to my mind is the price for a replacement bought privately and a bit short of what it would
cost from a dealer.
It's not desperate as all will be sorted in the New Year but just wondered if anyone could hazard a
guess from the pictures what the repair would cost.
Thanks
