Need an engine conversion specialist - advice please experts!!

Thanks for accepting me onto this fine website.
I have an 06 fiesta with a hairdryer engine 1.25.
I want to know of an specialist who will install a 1.7 puma engine into it. I just don't know who would be best - I'm a bit out of touch with it being old etc.
Preferably near dorset but London is ok.
I'm looking for some names of garages who do this type of thing and know what they are doing. As opposed to the multitude who don't.
