Getting a Turbo Technics stage 3 T3 next!!!

Any ideas of what power I should be getting at what boost? Car has Efi, cossie greens, Accralite pistons,, Fardon rods, Kent cam,, stage 3 head, running water methanol.

Can't wait for dyno part 2 !! Dyno part one showed 245bhp at 1.2 bar with a used Hybrid T34. Used Turbo blew so going for a more responsive new turbo with less lag.

Anyone used them before?
