I'd get the atomiser replaced if it's at fault then get the garage to do a forced re-gen. Hope that the DPF is not fully blocked so it's able to be re-genned!
i had the van plugged in a month ago and the dpf was 94% blocked ,but i drive my van like miss daisy and wasnt aware of the regen procedures so it very rarely got over 2000rpm .i was just wondering is a dpf delete and remap make for a better van

Check all the sensor wires that fit in the DPF.these rub on the exhaust guard and bring up dpf faults.think the green one is always the one that goes.
cheers mate i willl have a look at that also .but as above im aware now the dpf is pretty blocked
