Having just acquired a Series 2 with a 1800cc Zetec boottom end fitted and im a bit unsure as to some service items i may need, so can anyone with knowledge with these engines advise please?

Cam belt i believe will be the original 1.6 RS Turbo?
Cambelt Tensioner from Escort 1.3 CVH?
Will any other belts or parts needed be non RS Turbo ones?
Oil filter unsure of?
Anyone recommend a good engine oil and the capacity with the 1800cc block?
Best spark plugs to use?
