You can see the cam trigger on the back of the rocker cover. MK also made me up some stainless bolts that bolt in to the head and then a cap head bolt bolts the coils down to that, it is nicer than just a spacer.

if you are running aftermarket ecu it is worth considering if you want to do away with the distributor altogether and then plug it, you can then put a cam trigger on the back of the rocker cover. I also have a lot of the parts to do this conversion as I ended up with 1 spare set.
you can see the stainless bolts in the bottom pic and also the distributor blank that has a bearing in it as the oil pump drive still runs off it.
