That price doesn't mean that's what they sell for, it just means that's what it's being advertised for It's quite possibly a place holder - you'll see that all the time on eBay and the like; and item with a ridiculous price on it so no one will buy it because the item is out of or hasn't come into stock yet, but it keep the ad space/listing live until the final ad is in place.

Or it's a dreamer hoping to find someone desperate and/or stupid
