Yes it’s possible. But there seems to be a problem with parts not being original Ford parts. It seems fine for someone to ask silly money for original ford parts but ask a reasonable sum for a new replacement part and all of sudden it’s not ok or it’s questioned about being plastic so it will break.
Anyway besides that. I have had a few very happy people use my sapphire sill clips and a lot of requests for other parts.
