Default Focus 1.0 EcoBoost starting / misfires

Hello

new member here (Missus was signed up before but forgot details) we have now moved on from Focus mk2.5 1.6 to mk3 1.0 ecoboost, very impressed with engine until just now.

took car camping in cornwall for week ran fine no issues, halfway back home after short services stop when we started the car it had a really rough idle with engine mangement light on. switch on off a few times and it seemed ok. drove back last 100 miles fine if maybe a little down on power. since then it has been reoccuring daily to the point where it refused to start one morning.

borrowed a elm cable from a ford enthusiast at workand used forscan. i got on cold startup misfire codes on all three cylinders, but then switch off and back on it drove home fine.
forscan suggests Possible causes :
Ignition System
Fuel System
Low Fuel Warning
Blocked kinked or crushed fuel lines
Fuel contaminated
Evaporative emission control system malfunction
EGR system fault.
Base engine fault

after much googling i think its pointing to fuel pump. does anyone know what pressures i should be expecting so i can check with forscan please?

im thinking coil pack / plugs unlikey as codes on all three cylinders has to be something else they all have in common.

any help appreciated as ford wanted £114 to look at it which i thought was a bit steep.
thank you
