I don't know how the cossie system works but I had this on an old rover, the abs would pulse the pedal just before you stopped. Turned out one of the toothed abs rings on the driveshaft was cracked thus opening the gap between 2 of the teeth.
ill double check them but they are all pretty much brand new still
