Yes there is enough space for engine, at least in case of Zetec, and I wouldn´t think that there will be issues with Pinto either. Wheels on full lock with 14" rim (when I tested) are right on the limit of hitting ARB but with 16" rims there should not be problems or that´s how I mesureamised it
